
The
CED in Hong Kong occupies the entire 3rd floor at 210 Java Road, North Point
which serves as the administrative, counselling, and resource centre for its
activities. It also possesses lecture rooms on the same floor of the same
building. The Centre also has affiliated offices in Guangzhou and Shanghai in
the People's Republic of China.
The
office in Hong Kong contains a conference and counselling room plus a modest
library and reading area.
The
library contains journals and selected reading materials relating to programmes
as recommended by academic partners as well as, a on-line-computing service
such as CompuServe, Microsoft Network and Internet.CED will recommend libraries
to students where they can gain individual access as associated readers such as
the Library of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. CED has
close contacts with organisations to provide facilities which are best suited
to the type of programmes being delivered such as the Convention Centre, and BP
House of the Hong Kong Scout Association.
